Infrared Contrast therapy
Revive Recovery – Tooting
Summerstown, Tooting, Tooting, London
Check before you go: The venue's own pages quote conflicting single-session prices: the infrared page shows an intro offer of £10, 'sessions start from £15' and 'Single session £20'; the ice bath page lists a single ice bath at £10. The homepage also describes Starter membership sauna/ice bath access both as unlimited and as once a week.
A small recovery studio in Summerstown built around an infrared sauna and an ice bath, with cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen also on the menu. You book sessions online, by WhatsApp or by phone; a single session is listed at £20, and the Hot & Cold Restore combines sauna and ice bath for the same price over 30 minutes. It is an infrared cabin rather than a traditional hot sauna, and the site quotes several different starting prices.
